කාබන් වානේ විස්තරය

Carbon steel is an iron carbon alloy with carbon content ranging from 0.0218% to 2.11%. Also called carbon steel. Generally also contains a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus. The higher the carbon content in the general carbon steel, the greater the hardness, the higher the strength, but the lower the plasticity.

(1) කාබන් වානේ භාවිතය අනුව කාබන් ව්‍යුහාත්මක වානේ, කාබන් මෙවලම් වානේ සහ නිදහස් කැපුම් ව්‍යුහාත්මක වානේ ලෙස බෙදිය හැකි අතර, කාබන් ව්‍යුහාත්මක වානේ ඉංජිනේරු ඉදිකිරීම් වානේ සහ යන්ත්‍ර නිෂ්පාදන ව්‍යුහාත්මක වානේ ලෙස වර්ග දෙකකට බෙදා ඇත;

(2) උණු කිරීමේ ක්‍රමයට අනුව, එය විවෘත උදුන වානේ සහ පරිවර්තක වානේ ලෙස බෙදිය හැකිය;

(3) deoxidation ක්රමයට අනුව තාපාංක වානේ (F), ඝාතනය කරන ලද වානේ (Z), අර්ධ-ඝාතන වානේ (B) සහ විශේෂ ඝාතනය කරන ලද වානේ (TZ);

(4) කාබන් අන්තර්ගතය අනුව අඩු කාබන් වානේ (WC 0.25% හෝ ඊට අඩු) කාබන් වානේ, මධ්යම කාබන් වානේ (WC0.25%0.6%) සහ ඉහළ කාබන් වානේ (WC > 0.6%) ලෙස බෙදිය හැකිය;

(5) according to the quality of steel, carbon steel can be divided into ordinary carbon steel (containing phosphorus, sulfur is higher), high quality carbon steel (containing phosphorus, sulfur is lower) and high quality steel (containing phosphorus, sulfur is lower) and super high quality steel.
